This blog post was originally published on Evidently Cochrane. I was formally diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in February 2018. Everything, a voice in my head reminded. OCD stands for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and is a debilitating mental disorder and anxiety disorder. I’ve OCD, and here’s part of my story. My Battle and Triumph over OCD, Anxiety and Depression. It’s easy to look at these behaviors and think, Oh, that’s not so I suffer from a complex version of PTSD and as of late my symptoms have been getting worse and more extreme than ever.
